Oh my gosh! There are no words to express our gratitude for Suzanne. But, before we take a shot, we wanted to mention AI and the fact that we aren’t using it. We could have been brilliant.🤣 Instead, we decided to stumble through, with the dismal writing skills, hoping you will know it comes from the heart, not the computer! That said, here goes! Throughout the forty five day 1031 requirement, Suzanne was a true steady beacon of light guiding us through unknown scary waters. When negotiations got tense, and time got tight, she was there calm and steady, always reassuring us. One of the first things we noticed about Suzanne was her belief in honesty and truth. It blew us away! If we wanted to fudge a bit she would always refer back to the ethics of real estate and assure us, that we could do things the right way. As we think back, we’re ashamed to admit, because of her unwavering honesty we only briefly read the documents then quickly “Docusigned,” to get it over with! We knew Suzanne always had our backs, we just knew we were in good hands. Thank heavens we were spared the need to read every single word in every single one of the many boring legal documents. I’m pretty sure in our 70th decade of life, we have never met someone with such strong moral character. It’s true! Very refreshing in a world of distrust and uncertainty. In regards to communication, when we called, she answered, ALWAYS! When we wanted to see a property, she scheduled IMMEDIATELY. To make things easy she put everything in writing so we could scroll back and find times and dates. In regards to the slog of seeing yet another property, she actually made it fun. Her sense of humor had us burst out laughing at some of the “unique character within a home.” Her comments on the ‘DeCon ANT and Bug control traps’ hidden in closets was one of the many gut busting laughable moments. Don’t get me started on the sloping floor! We would always walk away thinking that was actually fun. I could go on and on but I’ll just end with this thought….Suzanne started as our realtor and became our true friend, we’ll carry her kindness and laughter with us long after closing.
