Jamie arranged for my father’s church to take what they wanted from the home, then coordinated the donation of the remainder and had the junk company remove everything else. Jamie and his wife then prepped the place for their cleaner, who made it look brand new. Jamie’s strategic staging and presentation attracted top bids. Incredibly, we went from a house filled to the rafters to an offer at asking price and closing within a month! Throughout the process, Jamie provided gentle guidance at every step, ensuring a wonderfully smooth transaction. I wish I had more houses to sell in Anchorage!
