My name is Audrey Bellows - I'm a mother of three boys and one girl, a wife to one incredible USAF veteran, and a friend to many.

My background as a military spouse has brought me to the most unique, multi-faceted state in the nation - ALASKA! After falling in love with Alaska, I'm here to stay and I cannot be swayed. I love hanging with my horses, kiddos, and hubby. We’re project people and love taking on challenges - this includes remodeling houses, building barns, painting random walls, harvesting wild Alaskan flowers and berries, repurposing vintage furniture, and chasing chickens.

When I’m not with my people, I’m giving it my all with helping my amazing clients sell and buy properties in Alaska! I’ve hiked ten miles into Caribou Hills, held Estate Sales, even cut trails to properties with BEAR DENS on them - Real Estate is personal and I will always meet you where you are.

I'm a full time Real estate agent and have an extensive background as an educator, During those endeavors, I was lucky enough to be recognized for my work with high school students, as the Army sent me on a three day sponsored trip to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Shortly after that trip, I also had the opportunity to skydive with the Army’s Golden Knights! In addition to the post-secondary support endeavors, I also work hand-in-hand with transitioning planning for individuals with unique abilities. Throughout my time as an educator, I acquired a few collegiate degrees - including a Master of Arts in Education, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additionally, I have several PhD credits in Cognition and Instruction.

My passion and drive for Real Estate stems directly from the love of learning and process of disseminating knowledge. As a REALTOR® with a SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designation, and a Master's degree in education, I am your advocate, go-getter, all-inner, authentic, knowledgeable, and honest companion throughout your journey.
