I started in Real Estate Oct. 1990.
San Francisco 49er Joe Montana passed for 6 touchdowns vs. Atlanta (45-35).
I had my picture taken with Joe in Honolulu while he was there for the pro-bowl.
I have worked in many aspect of Real Estate including commercially with purchases and leases for such companies as:
The Packaging Store
Emerald OF Alaska
Lockheed Martin I
I am now selling some homes for the third or fourth time.
I’ve worked with clients on land development.
I served on The Board of Equalization and The Board of Adjustments for The Borough.
I’ve raised two above average children, a son and daughter, at least I think so.
My son is a teacher in Japan and is married and they are about to have their first child, and my daughter married last year and her and her husband both work for the state of Alaska.
My favorite Alaskan saying:
When asked how many seasons we have in Alaska was told only three, June, July and winter. W
hen asked about the ratio of men to women in the State of Alaska was told the odds are good, but the goods are odd.
And my favorite, “Alaska’s been good to me”
Other sayings I appreciate:
The only things you can take with you, is what you left behind.
In 2015 be a fountain not a drain.
When the soul gets what it came to get, it goes.
Luck favors the prepared
The truth is when I came to Alaska 38 years ago I fell in love with it, and with the people.
My friends said I’d never last. They still think I'll be back any day.
And when you get here it won’t take long and you’ll feel the same way, I do.
