Sam Steele has over 7 years of commercial real estate experience with Jack White Commercial. He originally started with Jack White Commercial in 2002 and rejoined in 2007 after a two year sabbatical as a small business owner of 2 art galleries, Stephan Fine Arts Inc. in downtown Anchorage.

Sam understands the perspective of a small business owner and believes in responding quickly to clients inquiries as well as using the latest in online search technology to represent his clients properties and help facilitate clients searches. He feels that with over 98% of property searches taking place online it is crucial to embrace and harness this medium.

Sam has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/ Russian language (of which he remembers nothing) from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sam was born and raised in Missouri and moved to Alaska in 1993. He is the father of three fine young boys and is an avid sailor, mountaineer and cyclist.

Sam over the past year has enjoyed the privilege of being a consistent producer at Jack White Commercial as well as being invited to the quarterly awards ceremonies for most transactions closed.
