Jeff has over 26 years of Alaskan experience in the field of commercial real estate management, sales, leasing, sale of office, warehouse and retail buildings. Jeff has negotiated over 30 million dollars annually in real estate transactions since 1988. Jeff has been the number one commercial real estate associate at Jack White Commercial for five years and the number one associate overall for 2002. Jeff was the number one associate at Pacific Tower Properties prior to moving to Jack White Commercial for 12 years.
Jeff successfully sold one of Anchorage’s largest Mixed Use Developments, consisting of fifty two acres. The project consisted of single family lots, multi family lots, industrial land, commercial land and public lands. The project was sold out in nine years to Costco, Anchorage Public Schools, K.F.C., Minute Lube, Public Mini Storage, 28 Single Family homes, Southcentral Foundation’s Pathway Home, Schucks Auto, and Multi Family Four Plexes. He was also responsible for establishing H.R.T. Real Estate in 1986. As the Broker for H.R.T., he was personally responsible for leasing over 250,000 square feet and selling 82 commercial buildings during one of Anchorage’s declining markets. During this time, our management firm, H&R Management Inc., handled over 1 million square feet of commercial property.
